If you have a multimodule projects (several levels of nested moodules) you can declare the UMlet Maven Plugin in your topmost parent project. Its behavior will be inherited by all modules recursively.
The plugin will look for diagrams in each individual project and convert diagrams to images in corresponding target/site directories.
